About us

Outstanding Care for People with Autistic Spectrum Disorder

We are known to our customers and partners as Tabs (Take A Break Services). This is because we began in 2007 by offering respite but this quickly evolved to residential care and supported living. We have subsequently branched out into outreach services to support people at home. We pride ourselves on being an autism specific independent service and so there is no head office located somewhere else.

We currently have 30 staff including management, 22 of our staff have been with us for 3 years or more and several have been with us since the beginning! Our staff stay with us much longer than average in the care sector.

We are specialists in supporting people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and everything we plan and do is with this in mind.
