CQC (care quality commission) have rated us “OUTSTANDING” this is something we are very proud of. Following on from this we were featured in the chronicle and echo as the second highest service in Northampton. NQC has given us the gold award for two years running, this is their highest award and we are also very proud of this.

The people we support say they like their staff and their accommodation, and their families often give us lovely written feedback. Our staff say we are supportive and there is a high level of specialist training.

What we offer

We have experienced staff who enable us to offer short term support to people in crisis. We do this within our residential home if safe and appropriate or at home.

Recently we designed a service to help people access urgent healthcare in hospital. We understand how difficult and daunting this can be so we can support with planned interventions or emergencies. Our small dedicated team have extensive training in behaviour management and a proven track record of helping people with complex needs safely access healthcare in hospital. We will liaise with specialist A&E staff to help manage waiting times and make the environment safer.

The staff who form this team receive specialist training and additional development in areas such as MCA, DOLS and behaviour management.
